There is nothing really great about this hotel but they probablty dont have much competition
I took the 24euro half board option - soup was ok but I would have valued the meal at about 10 euro, WiFi worked but not great.Breakfast rather limited.

We chose to stay at this Hotel for the weekend as it was the cheapest in the area close to where we wanted to be for the tractor pulling event in Bakel. For 50 euros a night it was good. Situated in the middle of Helmond town, Friendly staff, relaxing restaurant bar area. Single airconditioned room was a bit on the small side but enough room for a bed, tv and very small bathroom with shower -I have stayed in bigger prison cells, however it was all we needed. I would recommend this hotel for a short break

The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making our stay very enjoyable. the room, although simple, was well stocked and comfortable. We especially loved the view of the adjacent church tower, it was absolutely gorgeous. the location was also a major plus, being right in the center of town and close to the stunning castle and charming old town. the breakfast was delicious and the club sandwich we had in the restaurant was excellent.
The noise from live music coming from a nearby hall. It was quite loud, even in our room on the 2nd floor.
